The RØDE NTG3 is the broadcast shotgun microphone: a supercardioid condenser with RF-bias circuitry that shrugs off damp and cold, very low self-noise, and the natural sound that made it the dialogue microphone for a generation of documentaries. It comes with its foam windshield and pouch. 48 V phantom power from your recorder or mixer.
