The MC MTO-11CA is a 1000mm f/10 Maksutov mirror lens made by LZOS in Lytkarino, near Moscow: a metre of reach in a tube the length of a forearm, manual focus, a fixed f/10, and the ring-shaped bokeh of a catadioptric. It needs a tripod and a still subject.

It comes with its three colour filters, front and back caps, an M42 to EF adapter and a black Domke wrap, in a Peli case.
