The Tamron SP 500mm f/8 (55B) is a mirror lens: a folded light path makes a 500mm that is short and light, with the doughnut-shaped highlights only a mirror lens gives. A fixed f/8, manual focus down to 1.7 m, fitted for an EF mount.

It comes with its lens hood, front and back caps, a lens support bracket and a grey Domke wrap, in a Peli case.
